2000 SR REJOICE "CHAMPAGNE TOAST" NIP

2000 SR REJOICE "CHAMPAGNE TOAST" HANG TAG NIP. BAG NEVER OPENED. I have reviewed this model over and over through the bag. Looks to be in NEAR  MINT CONDITION. The only rub, scuff or black mark, I see is on the inside left hind leg and inside right knee. They are tiny and I only caught them on my 3rd inspection. Noted in photos. No breaks or chips.  I will only open the bag upon request of the purchaser.  Due to the packaging situation I will refund the purchaser if the model is not as I have described.
