Because condition states are subjective (fair, good, etc.) the item must have damage that negatively affects the value not described in the auction.  I try very hard to describe anything on the items that effect the condition, and I try to be pessimistic in all conditions so that the buyer is not disappointed, but because condition is subjective there may be a difference in individual opinions.

INSURANCE
:  Damage that arrived in shipment will be reported to the shipping company.  Be advised, any type of shipping below First Class shipping does NOT HAVE INSURANCE and any damage caused by the USPS will be at the buyers responsibility unless the item was damaged due to seller packaging. I highly recommend insurance be purchased, or shipping be upgraded to a type that includes insurance.
