    They don't make these like they used to. I'm speculating, but, this item must have been made in the 40's. Technology has created amazing things since then, but technology cannot improve on analog fact. This item is analog fact.
    I have no use for this and am hoping I can find a better home for it with someone who will put it to the use as it was intended. My Dad was an automotive engineer who attended General Motors Institute of Technology (now named Kettering University that specializes on environmental concerns).
    How he came to posses this item, I'll never know, but I'm guessing Pop simply slide this into his pocket and took it home.
