Vintage Asian Mother Doll w Baby 11 1/2” Chinese or Japanese 50+ yrs Porcelain

This doll was mine and is over 50+ years old. I never played with her and she has been stored lovingly with her baby in my climate controlled closet in a smoke free and pet free home. I measure the mother approximately 11 1/2” tall. I don’t know much about these dolls or where they originate. The face and leg/feet feel like porcelain but could be some other material, definitely NOT plastic but a clay like porcelain. I have seen these up on eBay. Truly vintage, not a reproduction!
