Description

There are multiple scuffs, scratches, signs of wear, cracks (some longer, visible on the inside and the outside) on all sides of the item.
The top of the hat feels flat and the larger pieces of paint are flaked off.
There is a brownish discoloration on all sides of the item.
There is some dark brown discoloration on both sleeves.
