She is in great condition. Outfit has no tears and stains.

Unfortunately her shoes were made of inferior material and have started to crack and deteriorate. No guarantee they will arrive in tact.
It comes with COA but no original box
Does not include stand
This is from my mother's estate and has been stored in non-smoking air conditioned environment for decades.
